Cross Timbers #2702 is tastefully decorated 3 BD / 3 BA property with enormous, vaulted ceilings and huge picture windows. Featuring a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, quality stainless steel appliances including 4-burner gas cooktop, the space offers seating at the counter or at the dining table. Guests will enjoy the gas fireplace with a river rock surround and wood mantel plus the large flat screen HDTV with DVD player and a fantastic surround sound system. A game cupboard with a nice variety of board games provides many entertainment options for friends and family. The main level enjoys lovely outdoor space with a great sized deck, and seating with a shade umbrella. there is a bedroom located on each floor, with the primary bedroom upstairs on a private level with a large ensuite and balcony, plus A/C. The bedroom on the main floor has an attached bathroom also accessed of the living space. The downstairs bedroom is also spacious and enjoys a private attached bathroom.

Has all of the amenities youâ€™d expect, including a hot tub within 50m walking. Easy walk to the slopes, but a shuttle bus comes by the garage every 15 minutes also.
